Rental vacancy rate just dropped to our lowest recorded level ever of 0.4%. Strong rental enquiry being received across the board. Still little movement in rental $ levels though. Overall very encouraging news for investors.
Demand is strongest for family homes, 4x2's, in normal suburbia such as Beechboro, Langford and Stratton.
