25 Hascombe Way, MORLEY
HIGH DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL CORNER BLOCK
Since being first licensed as a Real Estate Representative in 1991 I have worked continuously within the industry. You could say a complete fan of property and people person, holding a great deal of interest in the individual lives for Perth’s owners. A 20 year career in Banking afforded me the opportunity to hone well developed communication skills and problem solving techniques, which I still use today. In the Banking industry I believed clients were our lifeblood and rendered the best of assistance I could, and definitely not treating an individual as just a number.
I have been a team player all my life from early participation in Baseball activity to working environments.
Spanning the 24 and a bit years I have sold Real Estate, I have developed some long term associations and friends along the way. I have worked areas from Morley, Beechboro, Eden Hill through to Dianella, Noranda and finally Ballajura & Alexander Heights, where my last 6 years have been spent.
I have been a local resident here for some 20+ years and know the area very well. There have been many changes to education, sporting activities and recreational facilities during that time, and that latest is the proposed re-zoning of the suburb by the urban development plan initiated by Swan Council.
I have a penchant for statistics and trends and use this to great effect when guiding the interests of a home owner, whether selling or buying. Whether a First Home Owner, Lifestyle Changer or an Investor, it is critical to explore all the indices that could affect a persons choice and outcome.
Even though I am getting to my senior years, these grey hairs of mine have been earned from the experience and knowledge which I can impart to any of my clients. I work hard, am honest, try to be energetic and enthusiastic, but above all work to retain my integrity. I have progressed from lawn bowls to caravanning, where you will find my wife (Sue) and I spending enormous amounts of spare time in researching data, kitting out and getting away several times a year on a get-a-way to the bush. I am a bushy at heart and my wife actually grew up in the country (Carnamah) and we love the richness and straight talking of people from the country.
Just sit with me a while and discuss the Real Estate fabric of Price, Presentation and Location and then the Material Stitching with Service, Negotiation and Follow Up. Come on, have a cup of tea at the ready, and chat with me about your plans.
